Become more confident in every business situation
Effective business communication is about more than grammar and vocabulary. You want to express yourself clearly, make a professional impression and respond naturally to the people you work with. During your training, you practise situations taken directly from your professional life.
For example, you can learn to:
- Lead meetings or take an active part in discussions
- Give presentations and answer questions
- Handle sales conversations
- Negotiate prices and terms
- Build relationships with clients and business partners
- Give feedback or discuss sensitive topics
- Write professional emails and proposals
- Network and take part in informal conversations
Your language trainers give you personal feedback on your vocabulary, pronunciation, choice of words and communication style. This helps you apply what you have learned directly in your work.

Doing business in German-speaking countries takes more than language skills
Business expectations around preparation, hierarchy, decision-making and direct communication can vary between countries, organisations and industries. A communication style that works well in one professional environment may have a different effect in another.
Our native-speaking language trainers understand these cultural differences from personal experience. They help you adapt both your language and communication style to the people you work with.
For example, you learn:
- How formally or informally to begin a conversation
- How to communicate with confidence and demonstrate your expertise
- How to present your arguments clearly and convincingly
- How to use titles and forms of address appropriately
- Which regional differences matter for your professional contacts
- How to be direct and clear while maintaining good working relationships

A business German course designed around your work
Every business German course at Regina Coeli is built around your goals, current level and everyday professional situations. Your initial consultation forms the starting point for your personal training programme.
During this conversation with a German language trainer, you discuss:
- The situations in which you use German
- Which clients, colleagues or business partners you communicate with
- Which countries or regions you work with
- The challenges you currently face when speaking or writing German
- What you want to achieve through your training
You can also share presentations, emails, proposals or examples of business conversations before your course begins. Your trainers use these materials to prepare exercises that reflect your everyday professional life as closely as possible.
Your own team of German language trainers
For your training, we bring together a team of native-speaking language trainers who match your needs and learning goals. Each trainer brings a different background, perspective and area of expertise. Working with different native speakers helps you become familiar with various accents, speaking styles and regional differences across the German-speaking world.
At the same time, all your trainers work towards the same personal learning goals. They coordinate their lessons and feedback to make your training intensive, focused and consistent.

Frequently asked questions about our business German courses
What level of German do I need?
Our business German courses are suitable for different language levels. Whether you have basic German skills or already communicate at an advanced level, the content and difficulty of your training are adapted to your current abilities. If you have little or no knowledge of German, your language trainer will discuss a realistic learning programme and the most suitable training format during your initial consultation.
How is the training tailored to my industry?
During your initial consultation, we discuss your role, organisation, industry and professional contacts. You can also share your own documents or examples of business situations. Your trainers use this information to prepare relevant vocabulary, exercises and realistic conversations that match your professional needs.
Can I prepare for an important meeting or presentation?
Yes. An upcoming presentation, negotiation, meeting or client appointment can be one of your specific learning goals. You practise both the language you need and how to communicate your message clearly and convincingly.
How long does a business German course take?
The duration depends on your current level, learning goals and availability. An intensive course at our institute in Vught can start from just two days. Online and blended learning programmes can be spread over a longer period. During your initial consultation, we help you choose the duration and intensity that best suit your needs.
Will I learn from native German speakers?
