A peek behind the scenes: a team of language trainers
One component of the tailor-made approach that Regina Coeli offers learners is that we put together a solid team of language trainers specifically for you. We like composing a team of people who can challenge you. If possible, we will even match you with someone with a similar professional background.
If you work in human resources, you may well get a trainer with HR experience. If you have a home near Barcelona, then it is naturally super fun to be taught by a trainer from that region, and if you need to learn better English because you have a lot of contacts in the United States, then we will do our best to pair you with an American trainer.
It is great when that is possible. But it does not necessarily have to be the case. Most of our trainers have become all-rounders through their experience giving training to a wide range of students. They dive into your sector, organisation and position beforehand. And naturally, you tell them a great deal about your work. This all serves as input for your course.
Two to four trainers make up each student’s team. They agree on the division of tasks and coordinate with each other between lessons to ensure that your programme is a seamless one. You and your trainers form a team, yet another outcome of our language training courses.
