Regina Coeli is going to Manila

News,

Regina Coeli has signed a partnership agreement with OTTO workforce to train a group of ICU nurses from the Philippines. These qualified nurses can start working in a Dutch hospital once they have a solid command of the Dutch language. The small-group training programme kicks off in the Philippine capital, Manila, in March.

We think it is commendable that OTTO workforce is investing in language skills and realises that language and culture can be of vital importance in the care sector. We are therefore pleased to be contributing to their mission.

Due to the acute shortage of staff in Dutch hospitals, the nurses will be expected to get to grips with the language and culture in a relatively brief period of time. The training will therefore be delivered by trainers who normally work at the language institute in Vught and know how to achieve outstanding results quickly. The team in Manila will be supplemented with new, experienced colleagues who will be getting to know the Regina Coeli method.

Regina Coeli regularly teaches Dutch to doctors and other medical sector professionals. We often provide individual training in which we can fully focus on the participant’s situation. In addition, we receive assignments from companies in a range of sectors who recruit employees from abroad.

It goes without saying that group training programmes are possible for all the languages we offer. If you are interested in this, please refer to our course offering for organisations for more information or contact Client Services directly.
